Dark Angels Indomitus Deathwing Master - TO DONE

Indomitus Dark Angels Deathwing Master

Greetings.  It's time to call the Indomitus Dark Angels Master I've been working on DONE.  I could keep picking away at details here and there, but I like where he's at and I need to look at something else...and I guess you folks would probably appreciate that too!  He's a fun model with a lot of interesting areas to work on.

With the big seal of DONE out of the way, here are a few more shots from the light box.

Stay safe out there.

Cheers and Happy Gaming!

  2. He's awesome with his #ShieldsAsWalkingSticks. If/when I do my Indomitus box they might be Angels of Covenant, so I can totally ignore the bone/black/green debate ;)

Question from where did you get those wings?

    1. Ooof...short answer: from my bits box. Long answer: probably from an OOP Dark Angels (character/upgrade?) kit in the past. They are definitely not from a Primaris kit, and I don't see them in any kits currently available on the GW site. They were originally an optional add on for a standard marine helmet, not for Primaris at all. I've been collecting space marine kits, specifically for Dark Angels, since the mid-to-late 90's so it's hard to say now where I might have picked those up. Company master Balthazar for the "Dark Imperium" box set has the closest looking helmet wings, but his helmet is one piece. I really can't say where those wings originally came from.
