Greetings. It's time to call the Indomitus Dark Angels Master I've been working on DONE. I could keep picking away at details here and there, but I like where he's at and I need to look at something else...and I guess you folks would probably appreciate that too! He's a fun model with a lot of interesting areas to work on.
With the big seal of DONE out of the way, here are a few more shots from the light box.Stay safe out there.
Cheers and Happy Gaming!
Hell yeah, great job.
ReplyDeleteHeh, Thanks!
DeleteOooff, he looks kickarse. Well done mate!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteHe's awesome with his #ShieldsAsWalkingSticks. If/when I do my Indomitus box they might be Angels of Covenant, so I can totally ignore the bone/black/green debate ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'll look forward to checking out your scheme, then, when it happens.
DeleteAwesome paint job.
ReplyDeleteQuestion from where did you get those wings?
Ooof...short answer: from my bits box. Long answer: probably from an OOP Dark Angels (character/upgrade?) kit in the past. They are definitely not from a Primaris kit, and I don't see them in any kits currently available on the GW site. They were originally an optional add on for a standard marine helmet, not for Primaris at all. I've been collecting space marine kits, specifically for Dark Angels, since the mid-to-late 90's so it's hard to say now where I might have picked those up. Company master Balthazar for the "Dark Imperium" box set has the closest looking helmet wings, but his helmet is one piece. I really can't say where those wings originally came from.
